Instructions for use for Hornerz/Corpus Vitreum Comp.Eye drops

Horn ore Corpus vitreum comp.Eye drops are an anthroposophic medicine that is used for age-related visual impairment and degenerative eye diseases.These include, for example, cataracts, clouding of the vitreous body and poor eyesight.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

The eye drops are used according to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature to stimulate the organization of life in degenerative and age-related eye diseases.

Contraindications

To date there are no known contraindications.

Precautions and warnings

Before use, an examination by an ophthalmologist should be carried out.If you have persistent, unclear or new symptoms, you should consult a doctor, as these may be illnesses that require medical clarification.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Like all medicines, Hornerz Corpus vitreum comp.Eye drops should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

Interactions

To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 drop should be instilled into the conjunctival sac once or twice daily.Treatment should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within this period, you should consult a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.

Composition

0.5 ml of the eye drops contain the following active ingredients: Corpus vitreum bovis Gl Dil.D7 (HAB, Vs. 41b) 0.05 g, Lens cristallina bovis Gl Dil.D11 (HAB, Vs. 41b) 0.05 g, Rosae aetheroleum Dil.D7 (HAB, Vs. 5a; solution D1 with ethanol 94°/o (m/m) 0.05 g, silver horn ore Dil. D5 (HAB, Vs. 6) 0.05 g, Viscum album (Mali) e planta tota ferm 34i Dil. D5 (HAB, Vs. 34i) 0.05 g. The components 1,2, 4 and 5 are raised to the power together over two levels.

Other ingredients include sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and water for injections.

Dosage form and pack sizes

The eye drops are available in single-dose containers of 0.5 ml each.Available pack sizes are 5 and 30 single-dose containers.

Application note

To open a container, it should be separated from the latch and opened by twisting off the flat wing.The head should be tilted back.With the index finger of one hand, the lower eyelid of the eye should be pulled down slightly.With the other hand, a drop of the liquid should be dispensed into the conjunctival sac by applying light finger pressure to the container.The single-dose container should not come into contact with the eye.The eye should then be kept as open as possible and moved so that the liquid is distributed well.The eye drops have no preservatives and are therefore also suitable for contact lens wearers.
