Composition

A pyramid bag weighing 1.7 grams contains the following active ingredients: 0.51 grams of lemon balm leaves, 0.51 grams of lavender flowers and 0.43 grams of hop cones.The tea also contains the following other ingredients: bitter fennel, rosemary leaves and licorice root.

Dosage form and contents

The Bad Heilbrunner Sleep and Nerve Tea is available as a medicinal tea in pyramid bags.One pack contains 15 of these bags, each containing 1.7 grams of tea.The pyramid bags are biodegradable and free of metal clips.

Dosage instructions and method of application

To use, take a pyramid bag out of the packaging and pour 150 milliliters of boiling water over it in a cup.Cover the cup and let the tea steep for 10 to 15 minutes.Then remove the bag from the cup.Unless otherwise prescribed, you should drink a cup of freshly prepared tea 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed.You can sweeten the tea to taste.
