Instructions for use for Crataegus Comp.

Crataegus comp.is an anthroposophic medicine that is used to support the cardiovascular system.It is available without a prescription.The areas of application include, among other things, the aging heart, abnormal sensations in the cardiac area, support of the heart and circulation, especially during and after feverish illnesses, and fluctuations in blood pressure.

Important notes

Crataegus comp.contains 19% alcohol by volume.It must not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, to animal protein or to composite plants.If you have pain in the heart area that can radiate to the arms, upper abdomen or neck area, or if you have shortness of breath, a medical evaluation is essential.Crataegus comp.Dilution should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is insufficient documented experience.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting your doctor.There are no known interactions with other medicines.

Application

Take Crataegus comp.Always take exactly as your doctor has told you.Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is 15 to 25 drops 3 to 5 times a day, which are best taken diluted with water.If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Crataegus comp.have side effects, but not everyone gets them.In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Composition

10 g (= 10.2 ml) contain the active ingredients Aurum metallicum praeparatum Dil.D15, Cactus grandiflorus, ethanol.Digestio Dil.D4, Onopordum acanthium, Flos rec., prepared with 0.1% Hyoscyamus niger, Herba rec., Primula veris, Flos rec., prepared with 0.1% Hyoscyamus niger, Herba rec., Cor bovis Dil.D6 and Crataegus, ethanol.Digestio Dil.D3.Other ingredients are ethanol 96% and purified water.

Notes

You must not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the label and carton.In general, we are happy to supply you with our products in normal household quantities with a maximum of 15 packs per quarter.As part of medication safety, we reserve the right to set separate maximum quantities for certain medications.
