The active ingredients in 100 ml of Klosterfrau Melissengeist are: distillate from lemon balm leaves, elecampane rhizome, angelica root, ginger rhizome, cloves, galangal rhizome, black pepper fruits, gentian root, nutmeg seeds, bitter orange peels, cinnamon bark, cinnamon flowers and cardamom seeds.Ethanol 96% (v/v) and purified water are used as distillation agents.No other components are included.

Contraindications

Klosterfrau Melissengeist must not be used if you are allergic to one of the active ingredients.If you have stomach and intestinal ulcers, the product should not be used internally.It must not be used externally on damaged skin or skin diseases.The product is not suitable for children and young people under 18 years of age.Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Dosage

Adults can take Klosterfrau Melissengeist one to three times a day, 5-10 ml each, but not more than 25 ml per day.The product should be diluted with at least twice the amount of liquid, preferably water, or taken on a piece of bread.It can be applied externally to the painful areas undiluted or diluted up to twice the amount with water.It should be used on healthy skin.
