Instructions for use for the article chamomile blossom tea
Chamomile flower medicinal tea is a herbal remedy that can be used both internally and externally.No prescription is required for this product.
Areas of application
Used internally, the tea helps with cramps and inflammatory diseases in the gastrointestinal area.It can be used externally for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes, bacterial skin diseases, including the oral cavity and gums, as well as for inflammatory diseases and irritation of the airways.It is also suitable for inhalations and for treating diseases in the anal and genital areas through baths and rinses.
Active ingredient and content
The active ingredient of this medicinal tea is chamomile flowers.One pack contains 40 g of chamomile flowers.The tea can be used for drinking, gargling, rinsing, inhaling and for poultices after preparing a tea infusion.It is also suitable for preparing baths.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to composite plants, such as arnica, chamomile, marigold or yarrow, should be known before using the tea.
Interactions
To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.
Dosage instructions and method of application
If you have gastrointestinal illnesses, it is recommended to drink a cup of freshly prepared tea 3 to 4 times a day between meals.To prepare a tea infusion, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 heaped tablespoon full (approx. 3 g) of chamomile flowers, cover and strain through a tea strainer after about 5 to 10 minutes.For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and preparing poultices, an infusion is prepared in the specified amount or in the required multiple: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over 3 to 10 g of chamomile flowers, cover and after about 5 to 10 minutes, strain through a tea strainer.As a bath additive, 50 g of chamomile flowers are used in 10 l of water.

So far there are no known side effects.
Notes
The infusion must not be used around the eyes.In the case of acute symptoms that last longer than a week or that recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.The tea should be stored away from light and moisture.Medicines should be kept out of the reach of children.After the expiry date, the product may no longer be used.
