Instructions for use of Aurica valerian root tea

No prescription is required for this product.Aurica valerian root tea is a herbal medicine that is used to relieve restlessness and nervous-related problems falling asleep.The tea is made from the cut root pieces of the valerian “Valeriana officinalis” and has a sweet, spicy taste.The active ingredients of valerian have a tension-relieving, calming and sleep-inducing effect.

Aurica valerian root tea is used for nervous restlessness and difficulty falling asleep, which are primarily caused by nervousness.The medicinal plant helps to relieve inner tension, fear and nervousness.Due to its relaxing and calming effect on the nervous system, valerian promotes the ability to fall asleep and ensures restful sleep.In addition, a warm full bath with an infusion of valerian root tea can relieve tension and help you escape the stress of everyday life.

Dosage instructions and method of application

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows once or several times a day or take a full bath once a day.To do this, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a teaspoonful (approx. 2.5 g) of valerian root and let it steep for about 10 to 15 minutes.For external use, use 100 g of valerian root for a full bath.

There are no known contraindications.However, caution is advised if you are allergic to spices, essential oils, turpentine oil, cinnamon, birch, poplar buds, propolis, valerian, turmeric and rosin.Full baths should only be used after consulting a doctor if you have heart failure, high blood pressure, fever, infections or skin diseases or injuries.

The ingredients of valerian act as a natural mixture.The valerian plant is a perennial with pinnate leaves and a strong-smelling root that bears small white-pink flowers in flat umbels.It occurs in Europe and Asia.The main ingredients are iridoids (valepotriates) and essential oil (bornyl acetate).Mainly extracts and tinctures of the dried root are used.The ingredients have an anti-anxiety, calming and sleep-inducing effect and also relax the muscles.
