Natulind 600 mg coated tablets contain nettle leaf dry extract as the active ingredient.This herbal medicine is used to support the treatment of rheumatic complaints, to flush the urinary tract and to prevent the formation of grit in the urinary tract.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

The ingredients of Natulind 600 mg come from the nettle plant, which acts as a natural mixture.The nettle is a herbaceous plant that can grow up to 1.5 meters high and has pointed, dark green leaves with stinging hairs on the stem and underside of the leaves.It occurs in Europe and Asia.The main ingredients in nettle are fatty acids, silicic acid, phytosterols and tannins.Extracts and tinctures made from leaves, roots and herbs are used.Thanks to the tannins and fatty acids it contains, nettle inhibits inflammation, relieves pain and has a mild diuretic effect.

Composition

A coated tablet of Natulind 600 mg contains dry extract of nettle leaves (5-10:1) 600 mg as the medicinally active ingredient, the extractant being ethanol 50% (v/v).Other ingredients include sucrose (sucrose), microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, talc, calcium carbonate, crospovidone, colloidal silica, titanium dioxide, white clay, arabic gum, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, macrogol 6000, glucose syrup solids, stearic acid, glycerol 85%, quinoline yellow,Indigo carmine and montan glycol wax.

Natulind 600 mg is used to support the treatment of rheumatic complaints, to flush out inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract and as a flush to prevent kidney disease.See your doctor if you also experience symptoms such as fever or blood in your urine.

Dosage and instructions for use

Adolescents aged 12 and over and adults should take 1 tablet twice a day after a meal.The tablets should be taken with liquid, such as a glass of water.The duration of use depends on the type of symptoms and/or the course of the disease.If symptoms persist for a long time, you should consult your doctor.The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.An overdose can cause gastrointestinal problems.If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.If you forget to take a dose, continue taking it as normal at the next scheduled time.

Contraindications

Natulind 600 mg should not be used in the case of edema due to restricted cardiac or renal activity, in the case of known hypersensitivity to nettle leaves or other ingredients, in the case of fructose and galactose intolerance, a genetic lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, not in children under 12 years of age, not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Side effects

Occasionally, mild gastrointestinal complaints may occur.Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions such as itching, rash and hives may occur.If you notice any discomfort or change during treatment, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Notes

Caution is advised if you are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C), allergic to dyes (e.g. quinoline yellow with the E number E 104, indigo carmine with the E number E 132), intolerance to glucose, lactose or sucrose.If you have to follow a diabetes diet, you should consider the sugar content.The medicine must be stored away from heat.
