Alpha-lipogamma 600 mg infusion solution concentrate is used for the treatment of paraesthesia in diabetic nerve damage (polyneuropathy). It contains alpha-lipoic acid, which influences certain metabolic functions in the body and has antioxidant properties. The infusion solution is administered intravenously over a period of 2-4 weeks to achieve the best possible treatment success. It is recommended to take 1 ampoule of Alpha-Lipogamma 600 mg infusion solution concentrate (corresponding to 600 mg alpha-lipoic acid) per day. Side effects may include skin rash, itching, changes in taste sensation and headache.
