JELONET due to its white paraffin coating, it is used to protect against adhesion between the wound and the secondary dressing.This enables a gentle and painless dressing change for the patient and ensures that the wound remains undisturbed.The open dressing structure of cotton gauze allows wound exudate to easily drain into an absorbent secondary dressing, such as an absorbent dressing.A special weave prevents fraying when the bandage is cut.

JELONET is permeable to air and exudate, which helps prevent skin maceration.The ointment coating protects the wound surface and edges.The bandage enables atraumatic bandage changes and ensures undisturbed wound rest, which has a pain-relieving effect.A secondary dressing is required for use, which can be selected depending on the amount of exudate, such as absorbent compresses, film dressings or fixing bandages. JELONET is formulated to be latex-free.
