Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to St. John's wort, valerian root or any of the other ingredients, if the skin is known to be hypersensitive to light or if you have severe temporary depressive disorders.The medicine must not be taken together with the following active ingredients: ciclosporin, tacrolimus, indinavir and other protease inhibitors in anti--HIV ("AIDS") treatment, irinotecan, imatinib and other cell growth-inhibiting drugs for cancer treatment, other antidepressants.

Dosage
