This supplement contains a blend of different ingredients including potato starch, lactic acid cultures such as Lactobacillus Helveticus, Bifidobacterium Longum, Lactococcus Lactis, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium Breve and Bifidobacterium Bifidum.It also contains anti-caking agents such as magnesium stearate and acidulants such as L-ascorbic acid.The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.Other ingredients include inulin, pyridoxine hydrochloride and riboflavin.Please note that the product contains milk and soy.One capsule contains 0.02 bread units (BE).

Each daily dose, i.e. one capsule, contains 1.4 mg of vitamin B2 (100% of the reference amount) and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% of the reference amount).There are also 7 billion lactic acid-producing bacterial cultures present.With a dose of two capsules, the content increases to 2.8 mg of vitamin B2 (200% of the reference amount), 2.8 mg of vitamin B6 (200% of the reference amount) and 14 billion bacterial cultures.No prescription is required for these products.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is to take one capsule daily in the morning half an hour before breakfast with plenty of liquid.After antibiotic therapy, the dosage can be increased to two capsules daily for one to two weeks.
