Cetirizine AbZ 10 mg contains 10 mg of cetirizine dihydrochloride, which corresponds to 8.42 mg of cetirizine.The excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium salt, hypromellose 5, lactose-1-water, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide and sodium ions.

Contraindications

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to cetirizine, any of the other ingredients of this medicine, hydroxyzine or other piperazine derivatives.The medicine should also not be taken if you have severe kidney disease that requires dialysis.

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as described or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.For adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 10 mg once daily as one tablet.Children between 6 and 12 years of age should take 5 mg twice daily as half a tablet twice daily.Patients with moderate kidney failure are recommended to take 5 mg once daily.If you have severe kidney disease, the dose should be adjusted accordingly.The length of time you take it depends on the type, duration and course of your symptoms.No prescription is required for this product.
