Instructions for use for BALDRIAN DISPERT Night to fall asleep tablet, 25 pcs
Valerian Dispert Night is a herbal medicinal product for the treatment of nervous sleep disorders. It contains valerian root dry extract (200 mg per coated tablet) and hop cone dry extract (68 mg per coated tablet). The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is one coated tablet 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime. The tablet should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. The duration of use of the medicine is not limited. Possible side effects are gastrointestinal intolerance and allergic skin symptoms. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age should not take the medicine. It should be stored at room temperature. Further information can be found in the package leaflet. I have had sleeping problems for a long time and have therefore already taken some antidepressants that were supposed to have a sleep-inducing effect. After discontinuing all of these to see if I could manage without them or without high-grade chemicals, I tried the valerian product. I can say that it had the same sleep effects that I had achieved with the antidepressant. However, it is not a miracle cure for people with serious sleep problems.
