Directions for use of Hylo-Vision HD eye drops: - Hylo-Vision HD eye drops are wetting eye drops for moisturising and protecting the surface of the eye. - The eye drops contain hyaluronic acid and are suitable for relieving dryness and environmental discomfort of the eye. - They can be used for burning, watery eyes as well as for sandy eye sensations. - Hylo-Vision HD is also suitable for wetting contact lenses, which improves wearing comfort. - The polyhexanide contained in the solution protects it from contamination. - Hylo-Vision HD should not be used for the sole treatment of an eye infection. - Possible warnings should be observed before use, e.g. checking the integrity of the bottle. - The application is done by instilling 1 to 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye. - The bottle should be closed after use. - Hylo-Vision HD can be used as needed or as directed by the ophthalmologist. - The eye drops should be stored at room temperature and protected from frost and direct sunlight. - The composition of Hylo-Vision HD eye drops includes sodium hyaluronate, polyhexanide and isotonic phosphate buffer. - Further information on storage and disposal can be found in the package insert. - The product is manufactured by OmniVision GmbH. - Source: Information in the instructions for use (as of 12/2022). Area of application: - Hylo-Vision HD eye drops support the moisturisation of the eye surface and are particularly suitable for contact lens wearers. - They help with dry, burning or tired eyes, which can be caused by various factors such as long periods of working at the computer, dry room air or medication. - The eye drops protect, refresh and regenerate the eyes from the very first application. - Wearing contact lenses is perceived as more comfortable. - Hylo-Vision HD is suitable for use together with contact lenses of any type. Mode of action: - The hyaluronic acid contained in Hylo-Vision HD eye drops is similar to the body's own tear fluid and moistens the surface of the eye. - It forms a long-lasting liquid film on the surface of the eye and improves the stability of the tear film. - This provides the eyes with long-lasting moisture and supports the regeneration of the cornea in dry eyes. Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients: - 1 ml of Hylo-Vision HD eye drops contains 1 mg hyaluronic acid, sodium salt as the active ingredient. - Other ingredients include 1.5 µg polyhexanide, 0.1 mg disodium edetate-2-water, isotonic phosphate buffer and water for injection.
