Directions for use of the article Baldriantinktur Hetterich: - Important information: Valerian tincture Hetterich contains 66% alcohol by volume. Read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist about risks and side effects. - Indications: Valerian tincture Hetterich is used to calm restlessness and nervous sleep disorders. - Dosage and directions for use: Adolescents from 12 years of age and adults take 1/2 teaspoonful 2-3 times a day. For sleep disorders, 1 teaspoonful is recommended half an hour before going to bed. The duration of use should not exceed 2 weeks. - Contraindications: The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients and in children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also not use the medicine. - Side effects: No side effects are currently known for the medicinal product. - Composition: 1 g valerian tincture contains 1 g tincture of valerian root. - Important information: The medicinal product may impair the ability to react, especially in combination with alcohol. Caution is advised in case of allergies to certain ingredients and in liver patients, alcoholics, epileptics, brain-damaged persons, pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. - Storage: Keep medicinal products out of the reach of children.
