The active ingredient in Valerian Tincture Hetterich is a tincture made from valerian root.100 grams of the tincture contain 100 grams of valerian root tincture in a ratio of 1:5, with ethanol 70% (V/V) serving as the extractant.The medicine contains 66% alcohol by volume.If the dosage instructions are followed, up to 1.2 grams of alcohol will be consumed per intake.

Application

Adults and children aged 12 and over can use valerian tincture Hetterich.To calm you down, half-filled teaspoons (approx. 1.5 milliliters) are taken 2 to 3 times a day.If you have sleep disorders, take a full teaspoon (approx. 3 milliliters) diluted with a little water half an hour before going to bed.If the effect is insufficient, a full teaspoon can also be taken before dinner.Children take half the adult dose.

Side effects

When used as directed, Valerian Tincture Hetterich can impair the ability to react, which can affect the ability to actively participate in road traffic or operate machines.This applies even more in combination with alcohol.If side effects occur that are not listed in the package leaflet, a doctor or pharmacist should be informed.

Special Notes
