Ready-to-use Lomatuell H Ointment Tulle is a mesh tulle used for the gentle care of superficial wounds. The tulle promotes the drainage of wound secretions and prevents adhesion to the wound. This enables a painless dressing change and supports the natural healing process. The ointment tulle can be used, among other things, for skin removal sites, ulcus cruris, decubitus, burns, cuts and abrasions. The composition consists of cotton, white vaseline and glassine paper.
