How Tannosynt works

The active ingredient in Tannosynt is called Tamol, a synthetic tannin that is based on natural tannins.Tamol has an astringent effect and thickens the top layer of skin, strengthening the skin's natural protective barrier.The resulting protective film prevents wetting, protects against irritation and supports the healing process of the skin.

Application of Tannosynt liquid

Tannosynt liquid can be used for compresses with moist compresses or soaked linen cloths.The solution is also suitable for bathrooms, especially in large areas affected.The solution dissolves well in warm water and gets into even the smallest, hard-to-reach skin folds.Tannosynt liquid contains no fragrances or preservatives and is very well tolerated.

Active ingredients and ingredients

100 grams of Tannosynt Liquid contain 40 grams of phenol-methanol-urea polycondensate, sulfonated, sodium salt, a synthetic tannin.

Contraindications

Tannosynt Liquid must not be used if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or one of the components or to the eye.Full baths with the addition of Tannosynt should not be used in cases of severe heart and circulatory disorders, high blood pressure, febrile illnesses and tuberculosis.In the case of larger skin injuries and acute, unclear skin diseases, Tannosynt liquid should only be used after consulting the treating doctor.There are no concerns about its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of absorption.

Dosage and application

Tannosynt liquid is only suitable for external use and must not be used undiluted.For partial baths or compresses, 5 liters of water are mixed with 5 ml of Tannosynt liquid, which corresponds to a dilution of 1:1000.For a children's bath, 5 ml of Tannosynt are added to 25 liters of water; for a full bath for adults, 30 ml of Tannosynt are added to 100 liters of water (dilution 1:5000).The recommended bathing time is 10 to 15 minutes, the bathing temperature should be between 32 and 35 °C.Tannosynt liquid should not be used at the same time as soap.
