Tannosynt is suitable for treating various skin diseases that are associated with itching, inflammation and weeping.These include chickenpox, contact allergies, lick eczema, insect bites, neurodermatitis, cradle cap and diaper rash.The liquid form of Tannosynt allows for easy application, especially in hard-to-reach places such as body folds and the anal and genital areas.

Mode of action and ingredients

The active ingredient in Tannosynt is called Tamol, a synthetic tannin that is based on natural tannins.Tamol has an astringent effect and thickens the top layer of skin, strengthening the skin's natural protective barrier.This protective film prevents wetting, shields against irritation and supports the healing process of the skin.

100 Grams of Tannosynt Liquid contain 40 grams of phenol-methanol-urea polycondensate, sulfonated, sodium salt, a synthetic tannin.

Application and dosage

Tannosynt liquid is used diluted for compresses, sitz, partial and full baths.For partial baths or compresses, 5 liters of water are mixed with 5 milliliters of Tannosynt liquid, which corresponds to a dilution of 1:1000.For a children's bath, 5 milliliters of Tannosynt are added to 25 liters of water, and for a full bath for adults, 30 milliliters of Tannosynt are mixed in 100 liters of water, which corresponds to a dilution of 1:5000.The recommended bathing time is 10 to 15 minutes at a water temperature of 32 to 35 degrees Celsius.Tannosynt liquid should not be used at the same time as soap.

Safety and notices

Tannosynt Liquid must not be used if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or one of the components and should not get into the eye.Full baths with the addition of Tannosynt are not suitable for severe cardiac and circulatory disorders, high blood pressure, febrile illnesses and tuberculosis.In the case of major skin injuries or acute, unclear skin diseases, Tannosynt liquid should only be used after consulting a doctor.
