Directions for use of the article Tannolact bath additive Tannolact® 40% bath additive is used for the treatment of skin disorders associated with inflammation, oozing and itching. It is particularly suitable for the symptomatic treatment of acne, inflammatory, oozing and itchy skin diseases on areas of the skin that are difficult to access, as well as for the supportive treatment of napkin dermatitis and excessive perspiration. The following points should be observed when using the product: - Tannolact® must not be used on the eye. - Persons with severe cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, febrile diseases and tuberculosis should not take a full bath. - In case of major skin injuries and acute skin diseases, a doctor should be consulted before use. - Tannolact® has an eye-irritating effect and should not get into the eyes. - In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult an ophthalmologist. The dosage and instructions for use vary depending on the age group. The duration of treatment is usually between 3 and 14 days. Side effects of Tannolact® may include skin irritation such as itching, burning and redness. In rare cases, a hypersensitivity reaction of the skin may occur. Tannolact® contains the active substance phenol methanal urea polycondensate, sulfonated, sodium salt, and the excipients calcium lactate pentahydrate and sodium sulphate.
