Kytta Geruchsneutral is a medicinal product for external use for pain and swelling. It is used for the treatment of pain in knee joint arthrosis, acute muscle pain in the back region as well as sprains, bruises and strains after sports and accident injuries. The active ingredient comfrey root fluid extract has an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect. It is applied to the affected areas and massaged in gently. The dosage varies according to age, but the recommended dose should not be exceeded. The duration of application depends on the symptoms and can be up to 3 weeks. Side effects are rare but may occur. The medicine contains certain ingredients such as parabens, peanut oil and cetylstearyl alcohol, to which people may be allergic. There are some contraindications to consider, for example hypersensitivity to the ingredients or use in children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use the medicine. The storage temperature should be below 25°C and the expiry date should be observed.
