The active substance dimenhydrinate belongs to the group of H1 antihistamines and blocks the receptors for the neurotransmitter histamine, thereby relieving nausea and vomiting. The dosage depends on the body weight and should not be exceeded. The suppositories are inserted deep into the rectum.
