USE INFORMATION: Calcea Wound and Healing Cream is an anthroposophical medicinal product for the external treatment of wounds and superficial inflammations of the skin, for the prevention of bedsores (decubitus prophylaxis) and for the treatment of bedsores (decubitus). It contains a mixture of Calendula ex herba flor. pressed juice and ethanol 96% (1:0.33) as well as echinacea Ø. The cream should be applied thinly to the skin to be protected, the diseased skin areas or wound areas 2 to 3 times daily, unless the doctor has prescribed a different dosage. The medicinal product should not be used for longer than 1 week without medical advice. In the case of wounds covering large areas or infected with pus, consultation with a doctor is necessary. During pregnancy, the medicinal product should only be used after consultation with the doctor and not in the breast area during breast-feeding. The package leaflet contains important information on risks and side effects and should be read before use. The wound and healing cream should not be used in the case of known hypersensitivity to one of the active or auxiliary substances or to other daisy plants.
