Directions for use of the article Calcea Wund- und Heilcreme: Indications: Local treatment of wounds and inflammations of the skin close to the surface, for bedsores (decubitus) and for the prevention of bedsores (decubitus prophylaxis). Warning: Contains cetylstearyl alcohol. Dosage and method of use: The cream is applied thinly 2 to 3 times daily to the skin to be protected, the diseased skin areas or wound areas and massaged in gently. The duration of application should not exceed one week without medical advice. Contraindications: The medicinal product must not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to one of the active or excipient substances or to other composite plants. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: No data are available on the use during pregnancy and breast-feeding. The application should only be carried out after consultation with the doctor. During breast-feeding, the cream should not be used in the breast area as it may cause localised skin irritation. Side effects: Very rarely, hypersensitivity reactions may occur. In case of local allergic reactions or skin inflammations, the medicine should be discontinued and a doctor consulted.
