Vitamin B6 20 mg Jenapharm contains the active substance pyridoxine hydrochloride and is used to treat vitamin B6 deficiency. It should not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) or any of the other ingredients of the medicine. During pregnancy and breast-feeding, the daily vitamin requirement should be met by a balanced diet. Tingling and formication may be observed with long-term use of daily doses above 50 mg or short-term use of doses in the gram range. In such cases, a doctor should be consulted to check the amount taken and discontinue the medicine if necessary. Vitamin B6 20 mg Jenapharm may interact with certain other medicinal products. The simultaneous intake of pyridoxine antagonists may increase the need for vitamin B6, while vitamin B6 may reduce the effect of levodopa at daily doses of 5 mg or more. The recommended dosage of vitamin B6 20 mg Jenapharm is one tablet daily. The tablets should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. It is difficult to find the right one among the many vitamin supplements available. These tablets are of the best quality and also very affordable.

I often have diarrhoea due to a histamine intolerance. Since I have been taking 1 tablet once a day, my symptoms have improved noticeably.
