Zinc Paste Soft BW is a medicine in the form of a soft paste used to support the treatment of subacute and chronic eczema, chafing, moisture-related skin inflammation in the intertriginous area, nappy dermatitis and to cover lower leg ulcers. The paste contains the active ingredient zinc oxide and is applied to the affected skin areas once to several times a day and covered with gauze. The duration of application is not limited. Side effects such as a slight burning sensation or skin reactions may occur. The medicinal product must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the active substance or other ingredients. The paste should be completely removed before applying other topical products. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before use.
