Arnica wound cloth is an anthroposophical medicinal product for stimulating tissue and organ healing in blunt injuries such as strains, bruises and haematomas. It contains the active substance Arnica montana e floribus LA 20% and 25% alcohol by volume. The medicinal product must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to arnica or other composite plants, on damaged skin, during pregnancy and in children under 3 years of age. A duration of application of 3-4 days without improvement of the symptoms requires a visit to the doctor. Side effects may include skin reactions such as swelling, blistering, eczema and tissue breakdown. Dosage and application is done by placing the wound dressing on the affected skin area. I like to use the wipes on my children when they have fallen, and it has been proven that there are almost no bumps or bruises after use. Best kept in the fridge

Great product. Helps quickly with bruises and haematomas. Especially for small children who have fallen (big bumps) you can watch the swelling go down. Cools.
