Zinc oxide has a covering, protective effect and binds secretions in acute and subacute skin diseases.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The paste contains 300 mg zinc oxide as an active ingredient.Refined peanut oil, sorbitan trioleate, yellow petroleum jelly and wool wax alcohols are included as excipients.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be used if you are hypersensitive or allergic to zinc, peanuts, soy, wool wax alcohols or other components of the paste.

Dosage and application

The paste can be applied to the affected skin areas several times a day.For infants, it should be used with every diaper change and covered with gauze if necessary.The duration of application is not limited.

Patient information

Avoid large-scale application to areas of skin that make up more than 20 percent of the body's surface area.Make sure that the paste does not come into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes.Wool wax can cause localized skin irritation.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

If used correctly and following the dosage instructions, the product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.However, large area application, particularly on the breasts of breastfeeding women, should be avoided.

Instructions for use

Residues containing zinc oxide should be completely removed before using other skin products, as the effectiveness of these products may be impaired.Accidental ingestion, especially in childhood, may cause nausea, vomiting, gastritis and fever.

Durability and storage

The preparation should no longer be used after the expiry date printed on it.It should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and always kept in the original container.Once opened, the paste can be used for three months.Keep the medicine out of the reach and reach of children.
