Instructions for use for ZINK EMULSION BW, 50 ml

Zinc emulsion BW is a suspension with the active substance zinc oxide. It is a wound healing agent that is used externally for acute and subacute dermatoses (skin diseases). It has a covering-protecting effect as well as a wound secretion binding effect, which is necessary for the prevention or alleviation of these diseases. The areas of application include dermatoses for which such an effect is necessary. The medicinal product must not be used if one is allergic to the active substance or other ingredients. Particular caution is required if the symptoms are aggravated. If used with other medicinal products, these must be completely removed, as the effect of other externally applied medicinal products may be reduced. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid large-area application. The suspension is applied once or several times a day to the affected skin areas and covered with gauze if necessary.
