Summary: Wick Vaporub Cold Ointment effectively relieves symptoms of a cold such as cough, cold, hoarseness and mucus. The ointment is applied externally and contains the active ingredients menthol, camphor, turpentine oil and eucalyptus oil. It can be massaged onto the chest and back and is effective within 1 minute against nasal congestion and within 15 minutes against cough irritation. The vapours of the ointment last up to 8 hours. The ointment is suitable for adults and children from 2 years of age. It can also be used for inhalation. Eye contact and swallowing should be avoided during application. The recommended number of applications per day should not be exceeded. The ointment should not be used on damaged skin or open wounds and should not be used in asthma or other respiratory diseases with hypersensitivity of the airways. Not suitable for children under 2 years of age. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy and lactation. In case of hypersensitivity reactions, discontinue the medicine immediately. The ointment should be stored away from heat. Read the package leaflet before use.
