Fermentura GINSENG plus capsules contain the following ingredients: Siberian ginseng extract (33.83%), fermented red Korean ginseng extract (33.83%), capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, rice flour, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, riboflavin and cyanocobalamin.

The nutritional values per capsule (recommended daily dose) are as follows: Energy: 40.46 kJ/9.62 kcal, fat: 0 g, of which saturated fatty acids: 0 g, carbohydrates: 2.36 g, of which sugar: 0 g, protein: 0.03 g, salt: 0 g.

Ingredients per capsule: Fermented red Korean ginseng extract: 250 mg, of which ginsenosides: 3.25 mg, Siberian ginseng extract: 250 mg, of which eleutherosides: 2 mg, Vitamin B2: 0.25 mg (15%*), Vitamin B6: 0.30 mg (15%*), Vitamin B12: 0.15 µg (15%*).

Fermented Red Korean Ginseng Extract

There are five types of ginseng: Korean (red and white), American, Chinese, Japanese and Siberian ginseng.Red Korean ginseng contains so-called ginsenosides, special saponins that are only found in ginseng.So far, 34 different ginsenosides have been decoded.

The ginsenoside content increases as the ginseng root ages.High-quality ginseng must therefore mature for a long time before it can be harvested.This process can be accelerated through fermentation.Using patented ring fermentation, red Korean ginseng is fermented gently and in a controlled manner using added lactic acid bacteria in a special process.

Ginseng has been recognized as a traditional herbal medicine by the Herbal Medicinal Product Committee (HMPC) and officially approved for various uses by the European Scientific Cooperative on Phytotherapy (ESCOP) and Commission E.

Siberian ginseng extract

Siberian ginseng or taiga root (Eleutherococcus senticosus) and ginseng (Panax) are botanically two different genera of plants.However, the properties are very similar.What the ginsenosides are in Panax ginseng, the eleutherosides are in Siberian ginseng.

The HMPC has also classified Siberian ginseng as a traditional herbal medicine and approved the alleviation of fatigue and weakness, the maintenance and activation of the body's own resistance as an area of application. ESCOP and Commission E emphasize the approval as a herbal medicine in cases of declining mental and physical performance, decreasing ability to concentrate and during convalescence.

Vitamin B2

Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism.It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, normal homocysteine metabolism and normal protein and glycogen metabolism.It supports normal immune system function and the regulation of hormonal activity.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.It is important for the normal formation of red blood cells, cell division and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage

Recommended consumption: Take one capsule daily with a little liquid.The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded.
