Instructions for use of the article Zinc Paste LAW, 20%: Zinc paste LAW is a skin protectant and has a covering-protective and secretion-binding effect in acute and subacute dermatoses. The paste is applied evenly to the affected skin areas once or several times a day and covered with gauze if necessary. However, application to large areas of skin should be limited to a maximum of 20% of the body surface. When used as directed, the medicinal product may be used during pregnancy and lactation, but large-scale application should be avoided, especially on the breast in lactating women. The medicinal product must not be used if there is an allergy to zinc or any of the other ingredients. Wool wax may cause local skin reactions, while butylated hydroxytoluene may cause local skin irritation, irritation of the eyes and mucous membranes.
