Mode of action

The Medinaris nasal aspirator vacuum cleaner must be connected to a standard household vacuum cleaner.Regardless of the suction power of the vacuum cleaner, the nasal aspirator automatically reduces the suction power to the strength of a normal snort.To achieve effective suction, it is sufficient to simply bring the nasal aspirator to your nose.

Application

Using the nasal aspirator is quick and easy.After you have put the parts together and connected them to your vacuum cleaner, the secretion can be sucked out.The nasal aspirator borrows the power of the vacuum cleaner and regulates it automatically so that the suction is equal to the force a person uses when snorting.

Gently bring the teat head towards your child's small nostril.It is not necessary to insert it into the nose for successful suction.In this way, the sensitive nasal mucosa is not irritated.The nose piece is designed so that it cannot be inserted too deeply into the nose and therefore there is no risk of injury.

Dosage

Insert the suction head with the collecting flask into the outer flask so that the suction head faces outwards.Connect the connecting piston to the hose of your vacuum cleaner.Fix your child, especially his head.Turn on the vacuum cleaner and move the vacuum head to your child's nostril.Suck on both nostrils for a few seconds, repeatedly, until the mucus is cleared from your nose.

The suction process should only be carried out by adults.If used on several children, intermediate cleaning is required or use a Medinaris changing set.

Cleaning

Take the suction head together with the collecting flask out of the outer flask.If necessary, rinse the outside of the collecting flask.Separate the vacuum head from the collecting flask.Rinse all parts with hot water.The vacuum cleaner head should be boiled after each use.Do not use a sterilization device.To make cleaning easier, please ask for the Medinaris cleaning brush!
