Dosage

BioEars are not inserted into the ear canal, but are placed in front of it.To do this, briefly knead the soft silicone cushions, roll them into a ball, fit them into the ear opening and press them down.The soft material adapts to every ear and sticks well.People with smaller ears can divide the plug into two equal halves and use it as described.To remove the plug, loosen it at the top edge with your fingertip and then remove it in one piece.
