Imupret® N dragees provide strong support for the defense against colds. They are traditionally used at the first signs of a cold such as a scratchy throat, sore throat, difficulty swallowing and a cough. These dragees contain a unique combination of seven plants: chamomile, marshmallow, horsetail, yarrow, walnut, dandelion and oak. These natural active ingredients can strengthen the defense against colds, fight cold pathogens and alleviate the course of the cold.
Imupret® N dragees are suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over. They contain glucose, lactose and sucrose (sugar). No prescription is required for this product. It is recommended to take the tablets whole with a little liquid. The usual dosage for acute symptoms is 1 tablet 5-6 times a day for children aged 6 to 11 and 2 tablets 5-6 times a day for young people aged 12 and over and adults. After the symptoms have subsided, the intake can be reduced to 3 times a day.

How does a cold come about?
Factors such as cold, stress, unbalanced diet, lack of sleep, overexertion, alcohol, nicotine, illness or medication can weaken the immune system and increase the likelihood of catching a cold.Viruses, which are often transmitted in places with many people, are the actual triggers of a cold.At the first signs such as tingling in the nose, scratchy throat, headache and general fatigue, it is important to strengthen the immune system in order to mitigate the course of the cold.
Imupret® N drops or dragees - what are the differences?
Imupret® N drops are suitable for children aged 2 and over, while the dragees should only be taken from 6 years of age.The drops are gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan and are particularly suitable for children and adults who cannot or do not want to take tablets.
Imupret® N or Sinupret®?
Imupret® N is suitable for cold symptoms such as a scratchy throat, difficulty swallowing, a sore throat or a cough, while Sinupret® relieves symptoms of a sinus infection with a runny nose.If the cold symptoms develop into a sinus infection, Sinupret® can be used.
