How does a cold come about?
Factors such as cold, stress, unbalanced diet, lack of sleep, overexertion, alcohol, nicotine, illness or medication can weaken the immune system and increase the likelihood of catching a cold. But only certain viruses cause you to catch a cold. You often catch these in places where there are a lot of people, such as on public transport, at work or in kindergarten. That's why it's important to strengthen your own immune system at the first signs of a cold - tingling in the nose, scratchy throat, headache and general fatigue. It is best to do this before other symptoms such as cough, runny nose and sore throat arise. This can often even alleviate the course of a cold.
Imupret® N drops or dragees - what are the differences?
The drops are suitable for children aged 2 and over, while the dragees should only be taken from 6 years of age.Imupret® N drops are also gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan and are particularly suitable for children and adults who cannot or do not want to take tablets.
Imupret® N or Sinupret®?
Imupret® N is suitable for cold symptoms such as a scratchy throat, difficulty swallowing, a sore throat or a cough, while Sinupret® relieves symptoms of a sinus infection with a runny nose.So if the cold symptoms develop into a sinus infection, Sinupret® can be used.
