HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® 0.1% are moistening eye drops that are used to moisten and protect the surface of the eye.They are particularly suitable for relieving burning, watery eyes and the so-called grain of sand feeling.Various factors such as working at the computer, wearing contact lenses, dry indoor air, environmental stress or certain illnesses can lead to the eye no longer being adequately moistened with tears.The eye drops contain 0.1% hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that also occurs in the human eye and has a high water-binding capacity.This moisturizes, moisturizes and protects the surface of the eye, resulting in an even and stable film of moisture.The eye drops are phosphate-free and contain no preservatives.Once the bottle is opened, they will last for another six months.

HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® 0.1% eye drops are used to moisten and protect the surface of the eye.They can be used for feelings of dryness and environmental problems with the eye.The eye drops are suitable for hard and soft contact lenses and are easy to use thanks to the innovative SafeDrop® system.The SafeDrop® system is a preservative-free multi-dose container with a practical wide finger rest that enables optimal use.

Mode of action

The eye drops contain hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that also occurs in structures of the human eye.Hyaluronic acid has a high water-binding capacity and is viscoelastic.It adheres well to the surface of the eye and forms an even, stable and long-lasting moisture film.This moisturizes, moistens and protects the surface of the eye, resulting in long-lasting relief from feelings of dryness and environmentally-related discomfort in the eye.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® 0.1% eye drops contain the following ingredients: sodium hyaluronate (0.10%), sorbitol, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, citric acid and purified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Before the first use, you should document the opening date on the bottle label and remove the protective cap.Before the first application, make several pressure movements until the first drop is produced.Hold the bottle upside down and avoid any contact of the dropper tip with your fingers and eye.Hold the bottle as shown in the picture and make sure your thumb rests on the wide, non-slip finger rest.Tilt your head back slightly and pull your lower eyelid slightly away from your eye with your free hand.Instill one to two drops into the conjunctival sac of each eye by activating the pump mechanism once or twice.Close your eyes slowly to allow the eye drops to spread evenly over the surface of the eye.Close the bottle with the protective cap after each use.When using contact lenses, you can apply one to two drops to each contact lens before placing it in your eyes, or apply the eye drops directly while wearing the contact lenses.

Patient information

Use HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® 0.1% eye drops as needed or as directed by your doctor.The eye drops are suitable for long-term use.However, if symptoms persist for a long time, you should consult an ophthalmologist.In the case of additional local treatment of the eyes, there should be an interval of around 30 minutes between the two applications.The eye drops should be applied after the other products.

Notes

Store the eye drops at 5°C to 25°C and protect them from frost and direct sunlight.No prescription is required for this product.
