Instructions for use of the article Aknefug Oxid Mild 3% Gel: Aknefug Oxid Mild 3% is a peeling and antibacterial gel for use on the skin. It is used for all forms of endogenous acne (i.e. caused by hormonal changes during puberty), especially in the facial area and on sensitive skin. The gel should be applied thinly to the affected skin and used until the inflammatory skin symptoms have subsided, but for at least 4 weeks. Skin irritations such as redness, itching, burning and a feeling of tension may occur, which usually subside after a few days. In rare cases, hypersensitivity-related skin reactions may occur, in which case the treatment should be discontinued. The gel must not get into the eyes and should not be used on mucous membranes, open wounds or injured skin. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before use.
