The basic rule is: Chew one NICOTINELL piece of chewing gum each time you feel the desire to smoke.In general, 1 piece of gum should be chewed every 1-2 hours.Usually 8-12 pieces per day are sufficient.If you still feel the urge to smoke, you can chew more gum.However, do not exceed the number of NICOTINELL 2 mg chewing gums of 24 pieces per day.

The correct chewing technique
