Protagent SE eye drops, 20X0.5 ml

Area of application

Protagent Se eye drops are used for the symptomatic treatment of dry eyes.They relieve irritated and overstrained eyes, stabilize the tear film and moisturize the eyes.Typical symptoms of dry eye include a feeling of dryness, the presence of a foreign body in the eye (similar to a grain of sand), burning, itching, redness and increased sensitivity.

Dry eyes can be caused by various factors.These include external influences such as dry indoor air or long periods of work at the computer as well as internal factors such as illness, pregnancy, menopause or age.

Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients

The ingredients of Protagent Se eye drops are: 10 mg Povidone K25, boric acid, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, purified water.

Contraindications

If you have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients mentioned, you should not use this product.

Dosage

Protagent Se eye drops can be used up to five times a day, or more often if necessary.One drop is placed into the conjunctival sac.

Intake

The eye drops are applied directly to the eye.

Patient information

If you also use other eye drops, you should wait at least 15 minutes before using Protagent Se eye drops.The product contains no preservatives and can be used by contact lens wearers without first removing the lenses.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.

Notes

Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.Store it away from heat, sunlight and moisture at a temperature below 25°C and do not freeze it.The single-dose container should be used immediately after opening and then discarded.Keep the product out of the reach of children and ensure that the tip of the container does not come into contact with the eye.

No prescription is required for this product.

Contact lenses can be worn during eye drop treatment.
