Product description and intended purpose

Nobatop 8 are non-sterile packaged non-woven compresses that were specifically developed for general wound care.Each compress is placed 4 times, binder-free and measures 10 cm x 10 cm.A paper bag contains 100 pieces.These compresses are suitable for cleaning wounds, covering wounds and absorbing blood and body fluids.They are absorbent, breathable and soft, which makes them particularly pleasant on the skin.Nobatop 8 are for single use and must be sterilized before use on open wounds.Validated processes such as moist heat, radiation or ethylene oxide can be used for this.

Composition

The nonwoven compresses are made of viscose and polyester.

Contraindications

There are no known specific contraindications.However, the product should not be used if you are allergic to any of the components.

Normative and legal requirements

The nonwoven compresses are medical products in accordance with the Medical Devices Act (MPG), Directive 93/42/EWG and Regulation MDR (EU) 2017/745.They are classified in Class I, Rule 4.The products are checked according to DIN EN 1644-1 and -2 and do not contain any dangerous toxic substances according to REACH.They carry the CE-marking and the DIN EN ISO 15223-1 marking on all packaging levels.

Packaging

The primary packaging consists of a paper bag, while the secondary packaging is made of a cellulose cardboard box.

Storage

The compresses should be stored dry and dust-free.Sterilization is required before use.
