Magnesium Diasporal® 100, lozenges
These lozenges are ideal for on the go and in between meals.They help with cramps and tension caused by magnesium deficiency.The tablets contain pure magnesium citrate, which is body-friendly and quick-acting.It is recommended to take them several times a day.
The lozenges are particularly suitable for proven magnesium deficiency, which can lead to muscle activity disorders such as neuromuscular disorders or leg cramps.Each tablet contains 100 mg of magnesium and has a mild orange flavor.They can be dosed individually and can be taken three times a day.The tablets contain sucrose (sugar) and sweetener.They are vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

610 mg trimagnesium dicitrate, corresponding to 98.6 mg magnesium ions.Calcium bisdocosanoate as an excipient.Cellulose powder as an excipient.Citric acid, anhydrous as an excipient.Sodium cyclamate as an excipient.Sucrose as an excipient.Xanthan gum as an excipient.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity reactions can occur to all medicines and you must stop taking the medicine immediately.If an allergy to the active ingredient or one of the other ingredients of the medicine is known, it must not be used.
The medicine must not be taken if:
Severe kidney dysfunction.Tendency to form kidney stones from calcium-magnesium-ammonium phosphate.Disturbance of the transmission of stimuli to muscles, such as myasthenia gravis or Goldflam disease.dehydration of the body.Disturbance of the acid-base balance.Chronic urinary tract infections with urea-splitting bacteria, as there is a risk of struvite stone formation.
The medicine should only be taken with particular caution and under medical supervision if:

Dosage
The usual adult dose is three lozenges daily.The treating doctor decides on the duration of use.

When taking large amounts of magnesium over a long period of time, regular checks of the magnesium levels in the blood should be carried out, especially if kidney function is impaired.
Pregnancy
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should only take medication after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
There is no evidence of a risk of malformation.However, there is little experience with its use in early pregnancy.If magnesium is taken shortly before birth, the newborn should be examined for signs of abnormalities during the first 24-48 hours of life.Antibiotics should be avoided during this period as there is evidence of interactions.
