Each lozenge contains 610 mg of trimagnesium dicitrate, which corresponds to 98.6 mg of magnesium ions.Other ingredients include calcium stearate, cellulose powder, citric acid, sodium cyclamate, sucrose, xanthan gum and orange flavor.

Contraindications
