Active ingredients and ingredients

The hard capsules contain 94 mg histidine hemizinc 2H2O, which corresponds to 15 mg zinc.The following excipients are also included: corn starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable), gelatin, sodium dodecyl sulfate, purified water, titanium dioxide, indigo carmine, iron (III) hydroxide oxide and iron(II,III) oxide.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to histidine hemizinc 2H2O or any of the other ingredients.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as described or after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.The recommended dose for adults is one hard capsule, equivalent to 15 mg zinc, once daily, unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor.

If you take more than you should, you may experience symptoms such as a metallic taste on the tongue, headache, diarrhea or vomiting.However, these symptoms resolve quickly after stopping the drug.

If you forget to take a dose, do not take a double dose.Simply continue treatment at the intended dosage.

Do not change the dosage on your own.If you are taking this medicine on the advice of a doctor, consult your doctor before stopping treatment.

Intake

The medicine is for oral use only.Take the hard capsule about one hour before a meal.If you have problems taking the hard capsule, you can stir its contents into a liquid such as water or fruit juice.
