Cutimed Sorbact dressings 7x9 cm are antimicrobial wound dressings that fight infections in an innovative way. They physically bind germs through hydrophobic interactions without using chemical substances. This is done by a special coating with dialkylcarbamoyl chloride (DACC). The dressing reduces the number of germs with each dressing change and promotes natural wound healing. Cutimed Sorbact offers many advantages, such as the absence of resistance formation, dead bacteria, cell debris or allergic reactions. The dressings are made of acetate or cotton fabric fibres and are suitable for different types of wounds. The duration of use depends on the indication and is a maximum of 3 days.
