Directions for use of the article Magnesium Diasporal 150 capsules: Indications In cases of proven magnesium deficiency causing disturbances in muscle activity (muscular and nervous disturbances, calf cramps). Mode of action Magnesium-Diasporal 150 capsules are practical for people who prefer a tasteless magnesium intake. They are taken several times a day and help to relieve cramps and tension caused by magnesium deficiency. Active ingredients / Ingredients The capsules contain 250 mg magnesium oxide and 150.7 mg magnesium ion, as well as various excipients such as cellulose, gelatine, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, sodium dodecyl sulphate and titanium dioxide. Contraindications The medicinal product must not be used in cases of severe renal dysfunction, diseases of the immune system with severe muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis) or disorders of the conduction of excitation in the heart muscle (AV block). Dosage The recommended dosage for adolescents and adults is 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening (equivalent to 250 mg magnesium oxide).
