The preparation contains 2500 mg of calcium carbonate, which corresponds to 1000 mg of calcium ions.The following excipients are also included: 25 mg aspartame, phenylalanine, anhydrous citric acid, Dimeticon 1000, 700 mg lactose 1-water, macrogol 6000, methyl cellulose, povidone K25, saccharin sodium 2-water, highly disperse silicon dioxide, sorbic acid, 23 mg sodium ions and lemon aroma.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if calcium concentrations in the blood or urine are too high, if limbs are immobilized for a long time, if there are calcium-containing kidney stones or calcification of the kidneys, or if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients.

Dosage

Always take the medicine exactly as directed.The usual dose is 500 to 1000 mg of calcium daily, equivalent to taking one effervescent tablet daily.The treatment of calcium deficiency and osteoporosis is long-term.The duration of use should be discussed with your doctor.As a rule, no consequences are to be expected from an overdose, but you should consult a doctor if you have any symptoms.Do not forget to take the next dose and do not take a double dose.

Intake

The effervescent tablets are dissolved in a glass of water and taken with or after a meal.
