Directions for use of the article Infectosoor Zinc Ointment: Infectosoor Zinc Ointment is a medicinal product with a broad spectrum of action for the treatment of fungal diseases of the skin. It is used for inflammations of the skin and skin folds affected by yeasts (Candida spp.). It is applied to the skin, cleaning the affected areas beforehand with lukewarm water and drying them carefully. The ointment should be applied carefully without massaging in. Air- and moisture-impermeable nappies and incontinence aids should not be used, and the aids should be changed frequently. Use should be continued for at least one week beyond the disappearance of symptoms. If there is no improvement after 7 days, a doctor should be consulted. The ointment should not be applied to open wounds and should not come into contact with the eyes. In case of hypersensitivity reactions or irritation, discontinue treatment.
