Panthenol-ratiopharm wound balm supports wound healing in the case of minor, superficial injuries such as abrasions, scratches or sunburn.The wound balm helps care for and regenerate irritated skin.

Panthenol, also known as dexpanthenol or provitamin B5, has long been known for its positive properties in wound healing.It promotes healing and provides the skin with intensive moisture.Panthenol-ratiopharm penetrates the skin and develops its effect there.The active ingredient is not only suitable for skin injuries and irritations - the calming effect of panthenol is also appreciated on sun-exposed skin.The wound balm is suitable for adults, teenagers and children and can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Panthenol-ratiopharm wound balm is a product to support wound healing.It is used to support healing of minor superficial skin damage.
Active ingredients / ingredients / ingredients
Active ingredient: 50 mg dexpanthenol.Excipients: Cetylstearyl alcohol, citric acid 1-water, glycerol trialkanoate (C6-C12), sodium citrate 2-water, polyglyceryl (isostearate) (succinate), petroleum jelly, white, water, purified, wool wax, wool wax alcohols, potassium sorbate.
Contraindications
If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned above, Panthenol ratiopharm wound balm should not be used.The ingredients wool wax, cetostearyl alcohol and potassium sorbate can trigger local skin reactions such as contact dermatitis on sensitive skin.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, apply Panthenol-ratiopharm wound balm to the affected skin areas several times a day if necessary and rub it in well.
Intake
Always use the medicine exactly as directed in the package leaflet.Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.The preparation is applied thinly to the affected skin areas once or several times a day.
Patient information
Particular caution is required when using the product if you use it in the genital or anal area.Due to the ointment base, the simultaneous use of latex condoms can lead to a reduction in tear resistance and thus to an impairment of the safety of condoms.Store drug out of reach of children.You must not use the medicine after the stated expiry date.Also note the shelf life after opening the tube.
Pregnancy
There are no restrictions on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
