Instructions for use of the article Magnesorot 240 Beutel Magnesorot 240 is a mineral preparation for the treatment of proven magnesium deficiency, particularly in disorders of muscle activity such as neuromuscular disorders and calf cramps. The recommended dosage for adults is 1-2 sachets per day, taken before or with meals. The duration of use depends on the therapeutic need; in the case of chronic magnesium deficiency, the intake should last for more than 4 weeks. Special caution is advised in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, impaired kidney function, nervous disorders with muscle relaxation, tendency to form kidney stones, AV-block and dehydration. Possible side effects include soft stools, gastrointestinal discomfort and diarrhoea. A leaflet with more detailed information should be read before use.
